TERMS OF SERVICE

I will draw: LGBTQ+ content, ships, fanart, suggestive themes, mature themes, original characters (OCs), artistic nudity, furries/anthros, and moderate blood.I won't draw: Extreme mechanical subjects (complex machinery, vehicles), proships, explicit NSFW/Fetish material, and extreme gore.Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the commission process has begun. For half-half/partial payments, if the client bails out after the commission has commenced, they will not be refunded.I will give my clients refunds only if I have not started the commission, and cannot do commissions for any reason. Once the client pays me and the drawing process has begun, there will be no refunds.Revision Policy: Clients will receive work-in-progress (WIP) updates on their commission. Pose revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase only, and it is the client's responsibility to provide timely and clear feedback during the process. It is important that feedback is received to make sure the client is given exactly what they request. In the absence of feedback, I will assume approval and proceed accordingly to what was originally asked of me.References: Clients must provide thorough and detailed references relevant to the commission type. For original characters, visual references and written descriptions are highly encouraged. If the client desires a specific pose, image pose references are necessary. For weapon commissions, details regarding the style, function, or real-world basis is important. The more details the better!Usage & Rights: I reserve the right to decline any commission request, with or without a specific reason.I reserve the right to share my completed commission to my accounts, if the client prefers to remain anonymous, they must inform me in advance.Clients are permitted to repost the commissioned artwork for non-commercial use, provided proper credit is given to one of my socials.For commercial usage rights (e.g. merchandise, branding, monetized media), a licensing fee will be discussed. This typically ranges from a 2x to 3x increase of the base price, depending on the intended usage and distribution scale.Unless explicitly stated, I retain full intellectual property to all commissioned artwork. Weapon Commissions!!!Interested in me designing a fantasy weapon for your oc? Or just for fun? That's an option too!Weapon Commissions all start at $60, you will be paying for a fully rendered weapon with lineart, colors, effects, and shading.Add-onsAny text/lore you want to write me to write on the side about your weapon? That's no extra cost! Just send me what you wish for me to write, and it's done!These types of commissions have additional fees if there are extra add-ons or angles you want for the base weapon described to me, examples being sheaths, or a weapon evolution/augment which changes the weapon's appearance drastically, which will all be $15 per add-on.Two completely seperate, differently detailed weapons will count as two weapon commissions, and will not count as an add-on to the original. (This does not apply to dual weapons that look alike)Any extra angles of the weapon will be $10 per angle.For bows, the arrows will not cost extra as I personally see it as part of the weapon. You will only be charged extra unless you request for differently designed arrows, then it is $2 per unique arrow type.

By the time I finish your lovely weapon, you will be given your chosen weapon with the paper-like background in the examples above, and the commission as a PNG file. If your commission has add-ons, you will be given versions with and without the add-ons. If I don't send you one of the versions, please contact me!
